Getting Cooler on the Water...

Greetings all,

First things first, my girlfriend informed me I am making blog duplicates... what can you do, the wedding was that awesome.

Today marked the first day trying out a new paddle. Today's workouts included a 12 km steady Monday morning, followed by a tougher afternoon session of 3 times 3 times 5 minutes. Each 5 minute piece of the set was at a different percentage, with the last piece of each set at 90%. It was a challenging workout, and it was good to raise the stroke rate and heart rate. I liked the feel of the new blade, though it will take a little getting used to.

The Chargers roll in KC, and life is good.
