About to head out after three hard weeks on the water. Today we polished things off in costume, with a practice of 3 times 30 minutes. I have been feeling a lot better lately on the water, and am starting to feel the rhythm coming on. I have also once again stretched my front leg out another 5 inches or so, so that seems to be lengthening my stroke, but leaving me rather sore afterwards... but I think it'll pay off in the long run.
Anyway just a quick post from balmy Dartmouth. Remember... "quit having boring tuna, quit having a boring life!", "you're gonna love my nuts!", and always keep it real.

Cheers,
Andrew
