Tomorrow is the big day. Gabriel is flying in tonight, and we are doing a little paddling with the Olympic Torch Wednesday morning... it's going to be an amazing time. The province of Nova Scotia continues to deliver an amazing fall, and I fully expect to go out for a warm-up C-2 practice in the nippy morning with Gab.

Much respect to my friends in Ottawa who have posted what certainly looks like some serious training. Great work, there is no substitute for flat out running... that's for sure. Well speaking of flat out running, what a terrible segway... ugh, anyway things are busy here for me, pictures of tomorrow to come shortly afterwards...
