So Long Easy Week...

Hey Greetings to all,

Well easy week has come and gone, and now we are back on the training wagon. As we get closer to the racing season, the intensity and speed in our training sessions is increasing. It is time to begin applying the technique to higher paces and working on specific speed work. Gab and I will be working a fair bit in C-2 over the next few days, and had a solid session this morning. I've realized it is going to be very important to make some technical changes this year, and loosen up in terms of flexibility. After all, always have to keep things moving forward as there is always room for improvement. Most importantly I am having a lot of fun this year, and training 15 times a week feels great.

The yak for a stack was a huge hit this year, by far the best one yet, kudos to Cuthbert and Morty for putting on a great show. CKC officials and Mazda were on hand to take in the festivities. They both are gearing up for the third Mazda knockout, which from the sounds of things will also be bigger and better, and should be a great event.

It is also NCAA March Madness time, and who doesn't love a good Dick Vitale impression. I was definitely glued to the tv recently, and have pegged Pitt to win it all, but I'm jumping on the Villanova bandwagon too,  they look great. I'm am still helplessly addicted to the soon to be superbowl champions of 2009/10 the San Diego Chargers, and golf is on my mind often.

In other news I recently heard through the grapevine that my grandmother Ruthie Martin is a C4C fan, so I send my love via blog now as well, and I'll see you in May.

All for now.

Keep it real,

Andrew
