I was wondering if you had any good stretches or workouts that would make sure that i don't
injure my knee from canoeing?
Good question, we can definitely throw a few suggestions your way. Knees are obviously a sensitive
subject, and each case is very different. Often times maintaining strength around the knees and through
the core will help decrease the possibility of knee injuries. In canoeing specifically, getting up off your knee
during longer paddles is also a good idea, as well as ice and stretching post paddle.
