For starters big ups to you and thanks for the Ask Us Anything love. Post workout, it really depends on the workout,
but no matter what it's important to get something in your system. Hydrate properly, something with protein and good
energy is always a good idea. If you don't have to workout again and have a decent break, a hard workout in the morning
followed by eggs is great.
